Support Chat

Our website includes an AI-powered support chat that can answer common questions about our services. When you use the support chat:

  • Conversation data: your messages and the bot's responses may be logged to help us improve the quality of our support. Conversations are associated with your IP address and a session identifier, not your name or email.
  • AI processing: your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's use of data is governed by their Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
  • No cookies: the support chat does not set any cookies. No personal data is collected beyond what you voluntarily include in your messages.
  • Retention: chat conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.

Data Retention

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 2 years or until no longer needed for business purposes, then securely deleted.
  • Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months as configured in Google Analytics.
  • Server access logs: typically retained for up to 30 days by our hosting provider.
